I am employed by Rambøll Informatik, where I wear an odd assortment of hats including being the authority on open source. Prior working engagements have included production and sales planning, starting up an open source consultancy, and microfinance inter alia.

I wrote The Banjo Players Must Die. Sometimes I write on free software. I've been known to give speeches on free software too, and sometimes speeches on technology in general. Helped to found the Egyptian Linux User Group. I graduated from the Li Po Chun United World College in Hong Kong and subsequently Arab Academy for Science & Technology in Alexandria, Egypt.
